1. Share Market Indicators – Cancellation Policy

Users who purchase QuitLoss Share Market Indicators may request cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 90 days from the date of payment.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent only via email to support@quitloss.com.

  • Requests made through WhatsApp, Facebook, SMS, phone calls, or any other communication channel will not be accepted.

  • Each user is eligible for only one (1) cancellation.

  • Upon cancellation approval, access to the Share Market Indicators will be revoked immediately.

  • Approved cancellations are eligible for a 100% refund, which will be credited to the original mode of payment within 3 to 10 business days.

2. Share Market Courses – Cancellation Policy

Users who purchase QuitLoss Share Market Courses may request cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 90 days from the date of payment.

  • Requests must be submitted only via email to support@quitloss.com.

  • Cancellation requests through social media, messaging apps, SMS, or calls will not be considered.

  • A cancellation is allowed only once per user.

  • Course access will be permanently removed after cancellation approval.

  • A 100% refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 10 business days.

3. Share Market Community – Cancellation Policy

Users who purchase paid access to the QuitLoss Share Market Community may request cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 90 days from the payment date.

  • Requests must be sent only to support@quitloss.com.

  • Requests made via WhatsApp, Facebook, SMS, phone calls, or other platforms will not be accepted.

  • Each user is entitled to one (1) cancellation only.

  • Community access will be terminated immediately upon cancellation approval.

  • Approved cancellations will receive a 100% refund, credited within 3 to 10 business days to the original payment source.

Important Note

  • Cancellation requests submitted after 90 days will not be accepted.

  • One cancellation and refund is allowed per user across all services.

  • QuitLoss.com reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
